Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, NVOverall we had a great time in Vegas. Mandalay Bay is an amazing hotel and of all the hotels we went in (Caesars, Bellagio, Excalibur, and Luxor) Mandalay was easily the nicest one. Our room was sensational with a 52 inch plasma television on the wall as well as a tv in the bathroom. Our room faced the Vegas strip which was great; we felt like we were walking on the strip at times. Mandalay's pool/beach was great. It had a lazy river, huge wave pool, two-three other pools, and even a beach casino. We went to two shows: Celine Dion and "O". Celine was good, but "O" was incredible; one of the better shows I have seen ever. Absolutely amazing what they do.We did a day tour to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. This was an extremely long day (6am-9pm), but we are both glad we did the tour. The Dam and the Canyon are absolutely amazing. Something you have to see at least once in a lifetime. Our transfers to and from the airport were both on time and prompt.Really our only downfall came on the plane ride on the way home. We flew from Vegas to Houston. Our Houston to Lexington flight was supposed to depart at 7:05pm. To make a long store short, we didn't board until about 12:30am. Which put us getting back to our house around 4am. Other than that, the trip was great. Thanks again for planning another great trip.Rebecca and Adam |

Excalibur Las Vegas NVI just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help! The wedding was great! I haven’t heard anything negative from the family (58 attendees) about their Vegas trip. I know we had a great time and I hope you did too! Thanks for working with the hotel staff to set up the receptions. The tables looked great!I’ll be contacting you in the spring for our next venture – Travis’ birthday party in the Bahamas. Should be great!!Thanks again for everything!Betty & Tim

SPLASH RESORT Panama City FLOur trip was great. The condo was very nice and it was great having the beach and the pools just steps apart. We didn't have any of the issues that I saw other people mention on the internet but I could see how things could get a little overcrowded in areas. I would only go there during the 1st of August like we did because during the major peak season (4th of July time frame?) I could see how overcrowding would be a problem. There were never any chairs open to sit in the sun by the pools – people always claimed them well before sun up but this wasn't that big of a deal for us because we were always playing in the water with the kids. I just wanted to mention the potential for these issues but we had a great time and the kids loved the lazy river and the kids play area with slides, water cannons, fountains, etc. The play area and 1 other pool were covered so it gave us and the kids a chance to get out of the sun for a while. I also liked that the resort was somewhat off the beaten path in Panama City. It is located down the beach a ways from the hustle and bustle so that was OK with us.The one outing we planned to do, which was a Pirate Cruise, got rained out so most of our time was spent hanging out on the beach and by the pools…which as I said, is what we wanted to do.Thanks for all the help,Jack & Marisa & children Grant (6), Lauryn (4) and Alayna

Charleston, SCWe had an outstanding trip!!! Everything was perfect and the hotel was very nice. It was located in the perfect spot, centrally located to everything we did. Rooms were nice and clean. They were very helpful and courteous as well.I am going to have to fast for about a month because I did nothing but eat the entire time, all the food was outstanding. The Circa 1886 restaurant was probably the nicest I have ever dined in and the food was outstanding. We did the carriage ride first thing with Palmetto Carriages (I recommend them). That was helpful because it gave us a good idea of where we were. After that we walked everywhere and knew where we were going. We also toured some old homes like the Nathaniel Russell home which was great. We went to the Middleton Plantation which was unreal and full of History. Our last evening around 10:00 we did a Ghost Tour with Bulldog tours that took us down to a dungeon that was built in the 1700's that housed Pirates. Very cool. I will say that 3 days was not enough time but we did not stop. We took about 10 rolls of film and plus some digital pictures as well. I will send you some. We also stopped over at the Isle of Palms to see the Ocean and hang out at a Festival they were having on Saturday afternoon, that was a lot of fun. Thanks again for all your help, you are the best.Leeann & Shane

ConnecticutWe just wanted to drop you a little note to say "thanks" for
helping plan our vacation/anniversary celebration. In spite of weeklong
rain and both catching colds we had a really great time. We shopped
in Greenwich, toured a submarine museum in Groton, and visited an aquarium
in Mystic. At the end of our trip we toured Mark Twain's home in Hartford. |
